DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
I wish I had looked at the reviews on Yelp before going. It would have saved me dealing with terrible customer service. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude. We had gone in to get a wedding band re-sized. We asked a couple of questions about cost and whether we could wait and watch, thinking that it could save us an extra trip of having to come back if it was a quick procedure. Out of the blue, the woman became nasty and asked us why we wanted to watch and then told us to go somewhere else. I have never encountered such rude customer service. I don't generally write reviews and try to give people the benefit of the doubt but I had to warn people about this place. I will NEVER ever go there again. I would suggest AVOIDING it and taking your business somewhere else.
