I have eaten at other Outback locations and overall the food is good. This Outback location has OK service and didn't handle a problem well.\r
My salad came with a bug in it. I notified my server and at first he challenged whether or not it was a bug rather than immediately apologizing. Once he looked closer and saw the bug parts he offered to replace the salad immediately. I chose to not have another salad since the lettuce washing was now suspect. I had a good chicken tortilla soup instead.\r
The manager brought the soup and also apologized. It would have been nice if they made some accomodation by removing the salads from the bill or offered us a free dessert. It wasn't a big deal, but we won't be returning. If they had been more generous in their apology we might consider visiting again. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby and I suggest you go to one of them rather than have a salad with bugs.
