I love BALLYHUGH! I am a big fan of authentic national gifts, etc. I'm not Irish but my husband is and so is my son (although slightly diluted by me:). My in-laws are all very proud of their heritage so at least every Christmas and occasionally other special days I go to Ballyhugh for them.\r

The last things I bought there were a favorite for my sister-in-law's baby shower present. I got a Celtic flute lullaby CD and an embroidered baby alphabet book entitled ""ABC's of IRELAND"". I think the proceeds go to a charity called ""From the Children of Ireland to the Children of Africa"". I bought the book because of it's quality, simplicity but also because of the charity associated with the cloth book.\r

Anyway, there's a great assortment of stuff there. I love to look around. Be careful around the crystal and pottery though!
