Review content:
I chose Parkway after researching several other Chevy dealerships. Virtually all of the larger Houston dealerships have such horror stories that I find it difficult to believe they stay in business (Landmark didn't, may Munday follow suit), but the reviews for Parkway were good-to-glowing. Make mine ""glowing"". I picked up a 2008 Avalanche LT for a very good price. I was out of the dealership in three hours (actually very good... I've heard of an entire day shot at dealerships and have personally experienced 5 hours).\r
\r
Service: A retaining clip failed on the dashboard... took the truck in and it was repaired in 30 minutes under warranty.\r
\r
The truck: Love it (along with just about every other Avalanche owner I've encountered). Excellent ride... it's not really a truck... it's an SUV with a bed. Gas milage could be better... maybe GM will give it the Escallade's strong hybrid drivetrain one day.\r
\r
I'd recommend the dealership and the vehicle to anyone.
Pros: Good purchase experience. Good service.
