Businiess name:  Hammer & Nails Handyman Constr

Review content:
I had to have some handyman work around a condo while I was out of town. Mike was the only handyman vendor willing to converse via email and figure out how to approach the work. All other handyman services required that the handyman come to the unit and do the estimate on the spot. They were extremely inflexible in trying to give estimates in any other way.\r I was looking for an initial rough estimate as a starting point and Mike patiently talked via email regarding the job tasks. Besides the estimate part, his guys did an excellent job when they came to the condo fulfilling the estimate that I discussed with him. So honesty and communication - what else would you want from a contractor? I will definitely use Hammer and Nails Construction in the future. Pros: honest estimates, communication through email Cons: nothing comes to mind
