Review content:
In my opinion, the apartments look tremendous. New ones are going up next door almost like these. The landscaping is good. The one category that I'd complain about the most is safety and the slowness of the office staff. Parking lot lights are out in most places. They had the speed bumps put in the wrong places. People just speed in between the large spaces left by the existing speed bumps. Children and adolescents are left to wonder about the place and get into whatever they can. The maintenace staff is great but, they are vastly overwhelmed. You can't go to the pool and do a descent(sp?) workout because there are unsupervised kids jumping out of the water fountain into the main pool. You'd be lucky to get a average workout in the fitness room because even though there's suppose to be an age limit, all the codes are given out freely and kids get in and play around on the equipment. Office staff are suppose to walk the property but,if they did, they'd see clothes, laundry and sometimes, pott plants on the patios. Some of these apartments are ""market value"" apartments and some are ""income sensative"". Read into that how you wish. Since the residents give out their entrance codes and let others in behind them through the automatic gates, security is non-existant. I truly give this place and the one going up next door , a year, before the residents that actually care about each other and those around them, need a gun or some sort of protection and the police on speed-dial. For real ! Not all is bad about this place, it's just that when it's the office staff's job to do something about some tenants, they tell you...""call the cops"". It's ok at times but, you WILL sooner or later , be p.o'd about the service here. Be warned.
Pros: Newness of apartments
Cons: Security concerns, lack of supervision for children and office staff need to actually walk the grounds and talk to people.
