PLEASE FORGIVE ME FOR MY DELAY IN RESPONSE. IT HAS BEEN VERY HETIC HERE AT OUR HOME AND HAS BEEN DIFICULT FOR ME TO FIND THE TIME, UP UNTIL NOW TO START TO EXPLAIN THE TURN OF EVENTS THAT HAD TAKEN PLACE AT THE BOAT N RV STORE IN HAMBURG PA. HERE GOES NOTHING. PLEASE BEAR WITH ME AS I TRY TO RECALL THE TURN OF EVENTS. THERE IS ALOT TO REMEMBER AND ALOT THAT I WOULD TRULY LIKE TO ERASE FROM MY MEMORY, BECAUSE IT WAS TRULY LIKE A NIGHTMARE I WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVER HAD TO EXPERIENCE. \r
ON 5/16/09, MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO LOOK AT CAMPERS TO PURCHASE ONE. WE FOUND 2 CAMPERS THAT WE REALLY LIKED, ONE OF WHICH WAS A PARK MODEL. I SHOULD HAVE REALIZED AFTER THE RUN AROUND THAT WE HAD EXPERIENCED THAT DAY THAT WE SHOULD HAVE LEFT AND NEVER PURCHASED THE PARK MODEL FROM BOAT N RV. WE WERE THERE FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS WHILE WE WERE SHUFFLED AND SHIFTED BACK AND FORTH AND JUGGLED BETWEEN OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE. AND IT WASNT BECAUSE WE WERE WANTING TO TAKE A LOAN ON THE PURCHASE, WE HAD CASH........ AFTER 3 HOURS WE LEFT WHEN WE WERE TOLD THAT THE SALES MANAGER WAS CHECKING TO SEE IF THEY COULD TAKE THE OFFER THAT WE MADE ON THE PARK MODEL. 5 DAYS LATER BOAT N RV AND MY HUSBAND AND I AGREED ON A PURCHASE PRICE OF 12,400.00 AND WE WERE PAYING CASH. SO WE WENT IN TO PURCHASE THE PARK MODEL AND BURT SAID SINCE WE HAD SUCH A HARD TIME WITH EVERYTHING THAT HE WOULD PERSONALLY TAKE CARE OF US WHEN WE CAME IN. BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE, BURT HAD A SALESMAN (GREG), WAIT ON US. GREG AND I WENT OVER THE CAMPER AND FOUND MULTIPLE THINGS THAT WOULD NEED REPAIRED. SO GREG JOTTED DOWN THE THINGS ON A PIECE OF PAPER THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED AND FIXED AND HE PROMISED ME THAT THEY WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. THE CAMPER COULD NOT BE HOOKED UP TO THE WATER BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WAY TO DO THAT THE ADAPTOR TO HOOK UP TO WATER WASNT THERE, SO THEY NEEDED TO PUT AN ADAPTOR ON THE CAMPER TO BE ABLE TO HOOK TO THE WATER, SO I HAD NO IDEA IF EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THE WATER WAS IN WORKING CONDITION. GREG TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE THAT CHECKED OUT THE NEXT DAY. GREG PROMISED ME THAT ALL THAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED WOULD BE COMPLETED UPON DELIVERY OF THE CAMPER TO US. BUT HE DIDNT WRITE IT ALL DOWN ON THE PAPER, WHEN I ASKED HIM WHY HE DIDNT WRITE IT ALL DOWN HE TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY THAT HE HIMSELF WOULD BE GOING OVER EVERYTHING WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER AND MAKE SURE IT WAS ALL TAKEN CARE OF. \r
