Review content:
Frank Howard Allen Realtors acknowledged, perpetuated, and implied agreement for our firm’s efforts that identified, secured, and provided a willing and able buyer for a property previously listed with their firm. Not only did we obtain the interest from the buyer, we coordinated a showing appointment and communicated it to the former listing agent. We also recommended to the owner/seller to re-retain the Frank Howard Allen agent to coordinate the sale.\r
\r
\r
Several discussions were communicated regarding an appropriate and traditional finder fee for our efforts. However, the agent became evasive and non-communicative and after the close of escrow, the Frank Howard Allen agent rejected the finder fee agreement and specifically indicated that he never had any intention of honoring the finder fee. \r
\r
\r
This lack of integrity and character is disappointing, disturbing, and unfortunate. \r
Pros: They eventually closed the sale
Cons: Lack of Professional Integrity and Honorable Character
