Review content:
We required architectural assistance on a relatively simple residential project. Passing reqmts -- all was well (easily achievable, budget constraints easily met, understood desires at outcome), but after significant payment for concept up front, we received nothing we could use as verified by a multitude of general contractors. Price of remodel was twice over budget and not feasible concept to build. If you are looking for innovative concepts in architectural design on your next project / remodel - ADG is likely not the right person for the job based on our experience. Take recommendations from your builder as this is another group that can't bridge the gap from make believe concepts to real buildings.
