Review content:
I enjoyed this restaurant and look forward to going back. Went with a party of four, no reservation, on a week night and were seated promptly in a pretty full dining room. We had the cowboy steak which was cooked exactly to order, tasted great too! Also the Blue Crab dumplings which I though could have been better, the broth was too salty for me, but the dumplings were interesting and the tempered mushrooms were the best tempura flavor I have ever had. Also had a fish entree, fried plantains and the wild mushroom papardelle - pure heaven. The service was perhaps not a personable or friendly as it could have been but I chalk that up to the large and notably obnoxious party of revelers in the small space. The server, host and bus person were none-the-less attentive, efficient and very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the food. Dessert was a banana split variation which was good.
Pros: Food
Cons: Street Parking/Small space
