Review content:
I agree they have great foods. But the service was very poor. I have invited some friends to see the place and everything was fine until we received our bill indicated that we are obligated to pay 15% tip because of what they said long table service fee. And customers just have no choice but to pay it because it?s their company?s policy. Their policy for the service fee is justifiable for more than 10 adults, but there were only 5 of us among the adults, a 9 year old girl, a three year old boy and two babies. Their service was very poor and they wanted a 15%service charge? That?s just so ridiculous. I don?t mind giving tips, I could even proudly say me and my family give good tips to those who deserves it but at that moment, I don?t think it?s worth giving a mandatory 15% tip What bothers me most is that when they were asked about the bill (I believe as customers we have the right to do so) they were not friendly and they were very proud of themselves saying that?s their company?s policy and they have gestures as if telling us that if we are not happy then don?t come back. Yes they got it, were not going back. It?s not our lost, because of what they did, I could proudly say that they lost a lot of good customers.
