I have used Sierra Carpet Care for the past six years for all of our carpet and upholstery cleaning and repair.and must commend them for the consistently excellent standard of service that they have provided.. They are always very responsive in scheduling appointments at my convenience and most impotantly show up when they say they will. Their technicians have always been professional, personable and thorough. Their commitment to quality work was apparent to me early on when I had to call up on them for help a couple of months after putting new carpet in my living room. I had a new puppy who chewed the carpet on the stairs down to the wood stripping much to our dismay. Sierra came out and replaced the carpeting with the surplus we had on hand and did such a fine job that no one would ever know there had been a problem. There are a lot of ""carpet cleaners"" out there so I feel fortunate to have found an established company that I can consistently rely on. I have recommended them to numerous friends and neighbors over the years and will continue to do so.
