These people don't even deserve the one star. I only put it one star so no one would think that I forgot about it. Where do I begin? I have lived in one of their rental homes for almost a year now. I have made my rent payment on time every month. But non of that even matters to them. When I moved in, there was mouse holes in the walls, the gas furnace exhuast vent wasn't hooked up, paint was bubbling on the wall, and it goes on and on on. When the gas company came to fix the furnace, we got stuck paying for the fine. Not Carrithers. We were stuck with no heat in the middle of the winter. I call these people numerous times to come out and fix all the decrepancies, but all they want to do is give you a bunch of lip on the phone and say that they will get to it. This means that they jot your name on a yellow sticky and loose it on their desk. Today they finally sent their crack head handyman over to fix the things that have been wrong for the 10 months. Oh and by the way the screen door on the porch was broken by hurricane Irene, and they don't want to fix that. They said we did it. These are the most unprofessional people I have ever done buisness with. Save your self the trouble and don't sign a damn thing with them. Or you might be sitting there writting a bad review on them too just like me.
