I am not surprised on any of the comments written about Carrithers Realty.This company has no compassion for people in need of housing,the goal is for you to sign their crooked lease and then they use it to their advantage.Never have I come in contact with someone so WAX COLD as the agent Barbara Wilkins,she has no heart.So before you get involved with this company make sure you have a good attorney or wisely I suggest find another landlord ASAP. Perhaps everyone that has written a comment should also contact our ATTORNEY GENERAL.
