I might appear to be a ""dumb white girl"", but I am actually Hispanic. Unbeknownst to THE RUDEST employees I've EVER seen ANYWHERE, I speak and understand Spanish. The cashier, we'll just call her ""Maria"", her supervisor and some other ignorant employee apparently didn't realize that when they were cussing about me in Spanish amongst themselves. \r
If they want to stop appearing to be ignorant undocumented workers, then management should prohibit them from speaking Spanish to one another in front of customers. Especially since they appear to be incapable of conducting themselves in a professional manner ie. not using the word ""pinche"" (Note to HGC employees: Yes, even white people know what that word means). \r
Regardless of whether they are speaking English to you to your face OR cussing about you amongst themselves in Spanish, they have THE WORST customer relations skills I've EVER seen ANYWHERE! People like that make me ashamed to admit that I am Hispanic. \r
A word of advice, DON'T shop at ANY HGC locations if you know Spanish, not unless you like being cussed or are looking for a reason to end up in a fist fight with an ""idiota"" or two...or three....or four. It's really THAT bad!
