Review content:
My wife and I purchased new windows for our entire house in December '07. In the spring of '09 we noticed moisture building up in our large picture window in the family room. Upon inspecting the rest of the house we found 3 other windows retaining moisture. I called Douglas Enterprizes under the assumption that this problem would be covered under their ""lifetime warranty"". However, I was told that the manufacturer of our particular windows went out of business, so only the labor would be covered by the company. After spending so much money getting an entire house of windows installed, I found it highly irritating that Douglas Enterprizes wanted me to pay for more new windows. As of this day, every window in my house is retaining moisture, one of my bathroom windows has rust growing in between the panes of glass, and my large picture window in my family room has had ice in between the panes, as well as permanent snowflake marks that I can only hope will dissipate this summer. My wife and I get more and more angry every time we find something else going wrong with these windows that were so highly recommended by Douglas Enterprizes. I chose this company to help support small businesses, but after this kind of treatment, I will make sure nobody I know chooses this small business in the future.
