Review content:
When moving into this facility a few years ago the owners were friendly and eager to get us in. The first year we had no complaints, the rent on a storage unit was within fair market value but slowly going up. Earlier this year notice was given that fees would almost double. We decided to look for a more affordable storage place and spoke with Scott on numerous occasions to try and work something out. Scott did not want to work with us on our multiple storage units so we gave written 10 day notice as required and moved out leaving the units clean and ready for a new tenant. Over a month went by and we had still not seen our security deposits, we actually had to request it several times and then make a trip down there to pick up the check ourselves. We were also charged a full months rental fee even though we had moved out within the first few days of the month. To us it seems like bad business practice to not communicate with your customers and try to keep loyal, paying tenants. In the several years that we stored with Scott at Great Spaces we were never late on our monthly fees but loyalty and good paying customers don't seem to go far with Scott at Great Spaces.
Pros: Clean
Cons: Bad business practices
