Review content:
The apartments are large and have a good view of downtown, but that is the ONLY good thing about this place. The front office staff is very fake and two faced and will lie about everthing. The maintenance guy is a total idiot! He always seems to disappear when there is a crisis and the building begins to flood from being so close to the river. He has got to be the laziest one that works there! The parking is a nickmare. There are a bunch of drunks that roam the outside parking lot that have broken into cars and have destroyed property but they won't do anything about it. It's not a safe or clean place to live. Keep searching! Do NOT get sucked into the current deal of the month. You will be sooooo sorry!
