i'm a fairly young guy and I had previously gone to BMW Northwest before stepping foot into I-5 Motors. I never got a very good vibe about BMW Northwest and was actually treated extremely poorly probably because I looked very young. I had to actually go in and ask to be helped and they were not busy at all. I then found myself at I-5 Motors and was greeted immediately by a salesman and was shown several vehicles. I had no intention on buying a vehicle that day because I was planning on waiting a little while so I could shop around. I was so comfortable with the salesmanship and the overall vibe of I-5 Motors that I ended leaving with a 2005 X3 with low miles and have been extremely happy with my purchase. I still return frequently to check out their inventory and enjoy talking with their staff and I plan to make my second purchase very soon. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Pros: quality cars, trustworthy people, quality service!
