Review content:
The shutle was very dirty. In my rush to leave the shuttle, I left my jacket and cell phone. When I realized what had happened the shuttle had already left. I was leaving for Europe and had my son call the company to inquire about my possesions. My son emailed me saying they had it. When I returned from Europe, I called requesting my jacket and cell phone. After many promises to have my possesions dropped off, it NEVER happened. During my last call, the lady that I talked with many times, screamed and said she just answers the phone and then hung up. I will never call this place again. The shuttle (van) didn't have a logo on it, and the inside of the van was filthy! I will not recommend Super Express or other name of company, New Destinations (as recorded on my online bill).
