Do not use this service!\r When we went on vacation for a week we had Park 'n' Travel valet park our car at their lot on Doolittle near the Oakland airport. When we returned there was $2800.00 damage to the passenger side front fender, bumper, and both doors. It looked to me like the car had been parked ""by ear"" up against one of those white concrete highway barriers. There are concrete andhow it must have happened.\r \r It is of no consequence how it happened. Suffice it to say Tarek Aribi El Consul, the owner, refused to disclose who the insurer is and later said ""go find a lawyer"". He also told my insurance company by letter that the damage never occurred on his property. Well, we have a damage report signed by his employee stating that it did!\r \r I have left it to our insurance company to locate him at this point. We are still out the deductible and I now hear that the case has been referred to the insurance company's New York lawyers. Should be interesting. Pros: Too easy to find, should be hidden away Cons: dishonest and sleazy
