Review content:
This place is hidden from the street a little so not too many people know about it but it's fantastic! My wife and I eat here as often as we can. We've eaten at nearly every sushi place in Salt Lake City, and this is hands down the best sushi place in Utah. Our favorite rolls are the Venus, Geisha, Grand Canyon. The Sweet Honey is very unique and delicious if you want to try flavors you've never had before (strawberries are an ingredient).
I consider myself somewhat of a sushi connoisseur, and this place is full of flavor. Some sushi places will be missing the bursts of flavor in their rolls, but this place never disappoints. Check this place out, it is yummy. Eat the sushi slowly and enjoy the combination of flavors.
The restaurant was recently bought by a new chef and he's has kept all the same rolls the previous owner made (awesome!) but also added some new rolls that are incredible (yes!). The Sweet Honey and Grand Canyon are new additions to the menu.
Pros: food taste, quality fish, variety, service
