The owner of the company is RUDE, Arrogant, and Disrespectful. He does not know how to be personable and relate to the people that help his small business stay in business. I have used the P.O. Box service there for over 2 years and the owner NEVER addressed me by my name or remembered my boxes number. He hardly greets me when I enter. When I brought the concern to his attention he was very nonchalant. I have helped support his business overlooking his rudeness, but enough is enough. I will NEVER do business there again and strongly recommend using the UPS store across the street for any of your shipping need! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES BY THE OWNER
