Review content:
I needed to drop off a retail return at a UPS pick-up location, so I brought it to the Shipping Store at 86th & Ditch. When I saw a woman storm out of the store, that should have been my first clue about the level of service I was about to receive. I needed to secure part of my package with a piece of tape, and there was a tape dispenser out on a table, I assumed for customer use. When I put the tape on my package, the owner yelled, ""Wait,"" came over and took the dispenser from me, and did it himself, explaining he didn't want me to hurt myself. Huh? Then he said that will be $1 for the tape and $3 for the UPS pick-up. This is supposed to be a free service! And $1 for a piece of tape? When I questioned him on it, he got really mad and ended up calling me the B word and telling me to leave his store! I couldn't believe my ears. My ""gift of fear"" kicked in and I left right away. I will never enter this store again, and would advise anyone else - - especially women who are alone - - against it. I truly wish I could write a good review, as I love to support independent businesses, but this shop needs to be outed as a horrible place to do business.
