Review content:
I have walked through this store many times and been ignored by all of the employees other than the loss prevention guy at the door who's job it is to greet everyone who walks through the door. This alone has cost them most of my business.
I have a background in the IT industry on and off for a number of years and had provided technical support for one of the name brand computer manufacturers that they sell. I have heard both sales people on the floor and behind the Geek Squad counter give bad advice, misguide, tell half truths and outright lie to customers to sell goods and services.
My advice to anyone looking for a computer is to avoid this store for sure, go to A+ Computers or another local computer retailer for any computer related issue or purchase. If you have a specific reason to go to Best Buy, travel a little further to go to the North Crest location.
Pros: They Have Merchandise
Cons: Poor Customer Service, Poor Ethics
