So since my last review K9's only contacted me as they had been unaware I was not happy.\r
Bobby and Sharon the office manager took the time to sit with me and my family and try and work things out..The past cannot be erased but I certainly felt alot better when I left there. I appreciated they wanted to make ammends and fix any wrongdoing. I was pleased with the meeting and felt they had made some very good changes to avoid the same mistake from happening again.
