Review content:
Yen and Jean are two of the most humble business owners I have ever met. They are very proud of their restaurant, their food, and their customers. All the entrees are cooked before your eyes by Yen himself. If you would like, you can sit at the bar and watch your meal being prepared. And while you wait, strike up a conversation with Jean, Yen's lovely wife. I personally recommend the fried dumplings. They are home made by Jean herself.
