My husband and I first visited Jolly Roger in March of 1999 while we were in Nags Head for our honeymoon.
Although I cannot remember what we ate, we were both very pleased with the food, and the menu selection.
I really like the decorations, too. The section of the restaurant we ate in had foil-looking ceiling and Christmas ornaments hanging from the ceiling everywhere. It probably sounds tacky, but it was really neat.
We went back to Jolly Roger with family a couple of years ago, and nothing had changed. The menu was still excellent and the atmosphere was still wonderful!
