I always like to read reviews of others but after my own experience I gotta say....well...something seems a little fishy. In several years, I hope to fully recover parts of my hair that were so badly fried and chopped up that they require ongoing special treatments. I did have color correction which is still a work in progress. As to acknowledging or owning up to the damage, well after I paid the salon upwards of $250.00, plus the costs of corrective work, there really is no amount that will suffice, but one can only hope that people own up to their ""stuff"". As my current stylist said to me ""It's the products that you use and how you use them...and skill and experience amount to something as well"". I also found it odd that other services were solicited there as well. Good luck fellow neighbors!
