I've bought tires and wheels from these guys before and it was an 'okay' experience (sales reps always seem like they could be bothered). No one seems to go out of their way to ensure repeat business. It seems like it's a chore for them to help you out when you're looking to spend money with them. I've recently attempted getting a quote on a much more expensive set of tires and wheels, this time over the phone and had to wait a few times and also got disconnected. When I did talk to a 'sales' rep (I use the word lightly) he came off as rude, impatient and annoyed. I guess spending over $2500 is chump change for these guys in this economy. If you ask me I'd rather take my business elsewhere...I guess this is what I get for trying to help a local small ... from these guys before and it was an 'okay' experience (sales reps always seem like they could be bothered). Highly disappointed....there are plenty of other small wheel and tire specialty shops in the area and you may need to travel a little bit to get to them but you'll enjoy a pleasant attitude and a feeling that they know how to put the customer first
