Review content:
Though friendly at first, things quickly changed when there was a problem with my glasses. \r \r I am very frustrated and disappointed with the service at Adler Eye Associate. The eye glasses I purchased are un-wearable. Hundreds of dollars spent and I can?t wear them. \r \r I am experiencing two problems. First, the glasses I purchased have caused distortion and discomfort from the very first minute I put them on. And second, the frames are uncomfortable and I feel I made a bad choice ? and I want to return them. \r \r If the lens did not cause strain and discomfort I doubt I would have asked to return/exchange the frames, however, because the glasses were causing headaches and nausea I was advised to have my prescription re-checked. So I did. The folks at Triangle Vision where I had the eye exam, said no problem, they re-did the exam and said I could return the frames ? they understand this happens and not to worry. They were very nice about it. My problem however, I didn?t buy the frames from them, i got the frames and glasses made at Adler. \r \r Adler Eye Associates is the only eye center of three I?ve visited that has a no- return policy on frames. I was told this was for health reasons, which the other eye offices didn?t seem to understand. Especially since I only had the eye glasses in my possession for a handful of days and they could not be worn for any length of time. \r \r I was in Adler Eye Associates office twice to try and resolve these problems and left feeling angry, unsatisfied and unwelcome. I find their no-return policy a poor business decision and unbeneficial to all, and I will certainly choose not to return or recommend their service to others. \r \r Look for a place that accommodates more. Try Triangle Vision or the NC Eye Institute. \r
