Review content:
I started bringing my dog to Philadelphia Animal hospital about one year ago. My experience began when I first scheduled my appointment. With their already extremely flexible hours, they were extremely accommodating and able to see me the very day I called. When I got to the office, I was extremely impressed with their spotless office and tremendously friendly staff. Even though my appointment was last minute, I waited in the waiting room only moments before my dog was seen by a doctor. Dr. Kipp Chapman is amazing! He is very insightful and exceedingly knowledgeable. He took the time and listened intently to all of my concerns and I could tell that he genuinely cared for my concerns and my pet. With previous horrible vet experiences, this was a long awaited breath of fresh air that someone cared for the health of my dog as much as I. When I eventually had to put my dog down, Dr. Chapman was extremely compassionate and understanding. He allowed me to stay in the room and gave me time alone to mourn my loss. I live in central New Jersey and Philadelphia Animal Hospital is not exactly the most convenient office for me to choose in caring for my pets; however, I could never imagine after the service I received from Dr. Chapman and the Animal Hospital taking my new puppy to any other doctor! If you care for you pet, take them to Philadelphia Animal Hospital! Thank you guys!!! :) :) :) :)
