I bought their Tippr deal. Reserved a cleaning appointment for June 22 at the end of May via email (thus there is no question about a mix up). Emailed to confirm the day prior on June 21st. Didn't hear but assumed we were still on. Stayed home so that I would definitely be home at 4pm for their arrival. No one showed up. No one answered either co-owner's phone. No one answer another email. They are either a scam or completely irresponsible, or both.
