Review content:
I had a bad experience with a previous carpet cleaning company. My old roommate had a dog in her room and it looked bad and smelled worse. After the first company ""cleaned them"", I was scared I'd never get anyone to live in that room b/c it was still really dirty and the smell was a terrible combination of dog and cleaning supplies. Luckily, Kolorkist cleaned the carpet the second time around and not only did they look a million times better but the smell went away! They even had my exact carpet on the truck and replaced a tiny section that was fraying. You can't even tell where they swapped it out!
