WOW! it so interesting reading this bottom comment, cause I received a proposal from them and it dose state payment with in 5days of job completion, so i don't see what was wrong with it.... I they do request a 10% witch is what the state of California request and yes common sense right people !! i just paid them in 10% down-payment and the rest when job is complete the grew is great and very friendly also very clean... very clean the girls in the office work very fast to make a next day appointment they do have good customer service... highly recommend to any one! and yes people this day are not going to risk there money only because they are a company they also risk not getting paid by others. i thinking the have to paid materials and labor and more... insurance etc... when you go to a store you pay up front right? also when we go to eat so why should contractor wait for there money!!!! Pros: highly recommened
