Review content:
The food is great, you just have to know what level of spicyness that you like. I would always go for the medium. The Samosa's are good but the vindaloo and the tikka masala are awesome. The Khorma is very good too and so are the palak paneer and the aloo gobi for the veg heads. I would just order the combination plate so you don't have to order everything seperate. I can say that this was my first Indian Food place and after trying many many Indian places now all over California this is in the top of the list. Way better than Taj on Main Street where the flavors are kinda bland. The Tandoori is the best I've had anywhere and I love the rice pudding for dessert. I live in LA but if I'm ever around Santa Barbara, I would make my way to Flavor of India.
Pros: Great Food, Decent Service, not too pricey
Cons: hot vindaloo too hot, kinda small portions
