Review content:
Salesmen rely solely on commission for pay, so they treat customers like victims to be told every possible lie to get price they split biggest commission with their manager. Last three days resulted in Quirk employee's promising low price then backing out of it because if they gave the advertised $17,465 price for new 2012 Cruze a thousand dollars to split as commission would not be left for them so they withdrew Chevrolet $500 incentive and withdrew $500 rebate trying to sucker us with a $18,970 lowered to $18,465 price we busted them for breach of contract on $17,465 and they have been calling all day before a complaint is filed for their MGL Chapter 93A violative unfair and deceptive business practices. Also, watch out for the 0% interest for 60 months they also withdraw using dozens of excuses such as, if you get price reduction you cannot get 0% and they try a low 1.9% which results in approximately $2,000 interest payments on any twenty thousand dollar car that usually is more cost to you than the price reduction incentive to purchase a new Quirk vehicle.(and yes, a friend of mine who worked for Quirk said they have a way of getting a pieve of that interest in their commission salary) so shop around since other dealerships give both a price reduction and 0% for 60 months.
