Worst Experience EVER! Signed paperwork, changed my mind, was told too bad the car was mine and I was forced to purchase the vehicle. 6 weeks later my engine light and stabilizer was flashing saying it needed service ... was told need to pay to fix it and they will not pay for my rental car. Really, 6 weeks later? Was told it could be anything... exactly my point, it could be anything! Why am I responsible for it? Hykael, the general manager tried to brush me off the service department, they aren't the ones who sold me this car, it was you! I would never recommend anyone to Quirk, they are money hungry and don't care about their customers.... ever my salesman said so himself!!
