Review content:
So, I usually don't write negative reviews unless my experience is a warning to all. Well, this is a warning to all. \r \r I bought a deal on Groupon a long time ago for a 1 hour reflexology. Had it done, it was good (not wonderful, but not too bad). After the reflexology they offered an hour massage for $35. I bought it, like the sucker I am. I don't know why I did it, because I wasn't thrilled with the place to begin with, but maybe I was seduced by the price. \r \r So I went yesterday...\r \r Here is my review: Horrible. It was not a massage but a rubdown. My appointment was for 11, I did not get taken in until 11:15 and then when I was about to lie down, I noticed hair all over the face pillow and the other sheets. I asked them if they changed the sheets between their clients and received an, ""of course, this has never happened before!"" Whatever. This is when I should have left. But, I did not (see the above ""I'm a sucker"" comment). By the time she started the massage, it was 11:25. At 12:05, after the worst massage of my life, I was greased up and told we are finished! I walked up to the front and asked, politely (I'm a polite sucker), why the massage was only 40 minutes long, and was told, ""Well, we wasted so much time with changing the sheets, and you had to complete that questionnaire."" And all of this was my fault??? Anyway, I informed them I will not be returning and that their business practice isn't very effective. \r \r I also run a beauty product reviews group on Facebook and have provided a review for Wellness Works to the 700 members on there. \r \r Wellness Works: Next time there is a customer complaint, don't ask the customer what she/he thinks is fair, but rather, do what you think is fair. And, furthermore, don't accuse the customer because you can't manage your time/schedule. What kind of business are you running? \r \r
