I have had nothing short of a TERRIBLE experience with this cleaners. They cannot take simple instructions after repeatedly asking nicely. The help are afraid of the management and after dealing with aforementioned, I understand. I specifically requested my pants to be creased a certain way (no creases in my flat front pants!!) and they could never get it right, at one point flat pressing all of my pants that should have been creased. I left several messages for the incompetant owner, who NEVER returned my call. When I did get to speak to King Guthrey, he was disinterested and rude. This may explain why he has to hire only non-English speaking employees to work in his plant, as you could only be around him as long as you could not understand him (maybe I.C.E. should check the credentials of all of these ""employees"" that do not read enough English to understand simple instruction. I did find out later that Prince Charming and his assistant had decided not to return my calls because ""he does not spend enough"".. Low class dump, overpriced poor service..Seedy establishment
