Cord from Klimate Heating & Cooling was fantastic. He was very prompt and arrived on time to give us an estimate. He was very thorough and took care to answer all of our questions and address our issues. He explained everything about heating and cooling to us, because I had no knowledge about it. He talked to me in ways that I understood. He took his time and didn't rush the explanations.
Cord understands that this is a big expense and that the customer should know what they're paying for. He was extremely confident in his work, which makes me confident too. It's clear to me that he cares a great deal that we are completely satisfied with the work he provided, which of course we are.
I felt like we were in really good hands with Cord. I knew I could call him up at any point and he'd be happy to answer questions for us. I could call him even now and he'd still help us out no problem. Excellent, excellent service!
