Review content:
This guy is probably one of the absolute FEW honest mechanics in existence today! I've been using him for about four years now. If they don't know 100%, they'll tell you they don't know or can't do it, and refer you somewhere else. I referred a friend there a few months ago b/c she had sensor issues with her Lexus. The dealership in Raleigh wanted HUNDREDS of dollars more, tried to say it was the transmission, etc., wanted bucks to put it on the diagnostic machine, the whole nine. Gower's drove it, took a look at it, told her what was wrong (sensor), then told her that she needed to get a sensor replaced. (ONE, not THREE like the dealership said). He saved her about FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS and her Lexus is purring like a kitten!) They do basic work there, oil changes, brakes, replaced my motor mounts, etc. Not sure if they rebuild transmissions & engines, they may send those out to be done. Between this shop and the people at Clayton Imports in Clayton (Johnston County), they are unbeatable. :-)
Pros: HONEST TO A FAULT, GREATcustomer service!
Cons: hours (not open on weekends)
