I had such a bad experience in trying to complete my baby registry. First the lady at the reg desk was on a personal phone call and did not bothered to hang up to assist us only after I said loudly that we would find someone else did she hang up the phone. After explaining to her that we wanted to purchase the remanding items on our registry she informed us that she did not know how to do it.It took 2.5 hrs in the store working with both customer service and managers to help us order the items that they did not have in stocknot only did we not get the promised 10% off for the registry completion but we were charged $54. in shipping. Altogether with in store and ordered purchases we spent over $1,100.We also tried to cancel an item and we were charged 20% for cancellation fee!!!!! I will never do business with Babies R Us and I will make a point to let every expecting mother know that the baby registry is a gimmick and a rip off!
