Review content:
Employees in the Photo Department with rare exceptions are obviously unprepared to do the job. They are not only lazy, but they just don't know where to look for your photographs when you go to pick them up. I ordered online cards and had to return twice in the store until someone was fully capable to find them in a drawer. The photo department does not have its manager on duty after 4pm. After watching an associate open and reopen the same drawers over and over again for 30 minutes and unable to locate my pictures, I called the store manager on duty who showed up about 20 minutes later. Needless to say they were not able to locate the pictures on that day. The following day, I returned to the store after my pictures and a different associate then was able to quickly locate them in a bottom drawer, a drawer that they had barely looked the day before!!!
