I'm actually shocked at the negative reviews on here. We tried several vets after we moved to the Springs 11 years ago and believe me when I say that there is no comparison to the quality of care we have received at Briargate Veterinary Clinic.
When we go in, we are always greeted promptly and with courtesy by the staff at the front desk. We rarely have to wait for any length of time before we are ushered back to a room.
We typically see Dr. Flenniken and are always so impressed with his professionalism and the genuine care and concern he displays. We never feel rushed and he always takes time to thoroughly examine our pets (we have 4) and answer any questions we may have. He makes my husband and I - as well as our furkids - feel comfortable.
In addition to Dr. Flenniken, we have seen several other vets at Briargate when a last-minute appointment was necessary for one reason or another, and we have been pleased with each one.
Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this place.
