Review content:
I live at The Preserve on Old Dowlen Rd. The Properties is owned by Venterra Realty. I have asked them to clean up the property on multiple occasions. Including a dumpster area that is now inhabited by multiple cats, rats, raccoons, and other various animals. The pool is so nasty that it only serves as a breeding ground for mosquitos. After multiple requests, I inform them that I will not be payng my rent until something is done to alleviate their Health Code Violations. Their resaponse was ""you have no right to withhold your rent for a maintenance issue"" So pay up or we will evict you on the 15th of the month. I contacted Beaumont Environmental Health who has cited them for their inaction. They still do not care.
