Review content:
My partner and I decided to dine at this restaurant one afternoon and we were blown away by the terrible customer service and bad attitude! An older woman -the owner I assume -- seemed completely annoyed that we were there in the first place. I politely asked for some hot tea while we looked at the menu. For some reason, this really bothered her because she replied with a very sour attitude. I'm quite sure that such a request isn't out of the ordinary at a Chinese restaurant, but she acted like I was demanding something that would be a huge inconvenience for her. It wasn't like the place was packed or even close to being busy. There were only 2 other tables taken. After our meal was served, I asked for chopsticks and she walked away, mimicking me! Or at least that's how it came across. Unbelievable! Another server brought the chopsticks to our table and she was very respectful and friendly. We overheard the cranky woman tell the patrons at the next table that she didn't feel like working today! Too bad she didn't call in sick. It's really a shame because our meal was good, but we will NEVER return due to the rude and disrespectful treatment. I've read other reviews with similar comments about this same woman and can't help but think how much business this restaurant is losing because of of her rude behavior.
