If you're looking for a reliable jeweler, do not shop at Macer's! This business has provided the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Macer's thinking it was a nice family owned jeweler. Now, after three months since ordering our wedding bands and bringing my engagement ring to be sized, we have run into nothing but problems. Jobs were not completed for weeks on end. It took nearly two months just to have an engagement ring and wedding band sized smaller. The first time they were sent out to their outside vendor the engagement ring came back over three weeks later, still too big, and had a gouge and scratches on it that were not there when we droped the ring off and the wedding band came back too small so they then needed to be sent out yet again! And after three months, my wedding band is still not finished after repeated promises that it would be done in a few days, few weeks, etc. I am a good customer and paid for my ring in full the date it was ordered and now they will not refund my money for a ring that I have still yet to receieve and at this point no longer want. Do not let this happen to you! DO NOT SHOP AT MACER'S!
