We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the hotel is gorgeous. We found the service to be average. We feel that for a restuarant of this caliber the service should have been more attentive. We had to wait for our order to be taken, dirty dishes to be removed, etc. The waiters seemed to be spread thin this evening. We both had the filets, which we found were too salty to our taste (I'm assuming from the special dry rub that they use), so it was hard to enjoy them due to the extreme salty flavor. The appetizers (we tried the cheese tray selections and did enjoy them), the side dishes and the dessert were very good. We have dined at quite of few upscale restaurants, but I guess we have been spoiled - we may try this restaurant again and hope that we just went on an ""off"" evening.
Pros: atmosphere, good variety of food, generous portions
Cons: average service, too salty steaks
