I bought an off the rack sample wedding dress. The dress was in great condition, but it was pretty dirty especially the train. I was fearful of having it dry cleaned because I couldn't risk it being damaged before my wedding. When I took it into Taylorite I asked to speak to Mr. Coldwell, the owner. He was kind enough to explain to me the cleaning techniques he would use and basically gave me a mini dry-cleaning class. He also made me feel that he understood how important the dress was to me. I left the dress to be cleaned feeling as confident as I could that the dress would be returned in a wearable condition. When I got the dress back, not only was it bright and clean, it was a color that I wasn't aware of. I had no idea how dirty it was until Taylorite brought out its true beauty. It almost glistened. What a great job they did and for a price lower than the other two cleaners I priced. They proved that they not only do a good job with my normal clothes (they are my usual cleaners), but they also can rock with the most important garment a woman will ever have in her wardrobe!
